leadership styles for lay leaders and ways to increase the capacity (numbers
and strength) of the lay leaders in your congregation.

The event in Windsor will have an additional ½ hour to
accommodate a module directed to the Lay Discernment program that will unfold
in the region, on a trial basis, in 2013. This program, directed as it is to
lay development through discernment of personal gifts and call, is directly
relevant to the broader objectives of the Lay Leaders Day.
